International Energy Agency’s Report on New Zealand: Critique “The IEA is barking up the wrong trees in the first place and it is clearly no fan of diversity and experimentation.”Concern at clear errors and unfounded assumptions in the International Energy Agency’s 2017 Country Report of New Zealand led ETNZ to commission Professor George Yarrow of the UK’s Regulatory Policy Unit to review the section of the report dealing with electricity distribution.
